Our Classes

Whether you're three years old or thirty, we have a class that's perfect for you.

Ages 3–7

Foundational ballet technique through imaginative, character-based storytelling.

Primary through Advanced 2

Refined technical proficiency and artistry through examinations and performances.

Adults (all ages)

Classical ballet foundations for adults with no or limited prior experience.

More than just classes — a community where dancers thrive.

Our principal holds a B.Mus (Dance) from UCT and is pursuing a Masters with the Royal Academy of Dance — internationally recognised training.

We use contemporary international teaching methods in a supportive environment where each student's individual development is celebrated.

Students perform in eisteddfods, examinations, and our annual showcase — building confidence, discipline, and unforgettable memories.

Founded in 2015, TVDA has grown into a warm Cape Town dance family. Every age, every level, every background is welcome on our studio floor.
